Spot the Ball  2026 –  Competition Details

1. For entry into the competition, make your way to our large ‘Spot the Ball’ wall next to Burger King / opposite Waterstones.
2. Take an entry form slip from the side of the black box and complete your personal details along with the coordinates of the square you think the ball is in. Eg:  C9 or W5
3. Submit your form into the black box located at the ‘Spot the Ball’ wall
4. Your entry must be placed in the box no later than 4pm Sunday 30^th August 2026
5. The prize draw will take place Friday 5^th September and the winners will be notified by email the same day.
6. One winner will win a £100.00 gift card and two runners up will each receive £50 gift cards from a store of their choice at County Square who operate a gift card scheme.

Spot the Ball 2026 –  Competition Terms and Conditions

• The competition operates from 9am Monday 4^th May to 4pm Sunday 30^th August 2026 inclusive
• The competition is open to all County Square visitors aged 6 and above, however children under 18 years must have the consent of a parent or guardian (over 18 years) to enter the competition and the email address provided must belong to an adult for correspondence and receipt of the prize from County Square Management
• To avoid technology being used to disclose the ball location, County Square Management will select a winning square prior to the start of the competition.
• You are entering a Prize Draw.  Submitted entry forms with the correct square chosen will be grouped together and one winner and two runners up will be selected from that group.
• One winner will win a £100 gift card. Two runners up will each win a £50 gift card. The chosen gift cards must be from a store within County Square Shopping Centre that operates a gift card scheme. No cash alternative is offered.
• One entry per person
• The winner will be chosen by Friday 5^th September 2026 and the winner (or parent/guardian) will be contacted by email by County Square Management.  A response must be received by 3pm Friday 11^th September 2026 with the chosen gift card.
• Failure to respond with your chosen gift card by 3pm Friday 11^th September 2026 will result in another winner/runner up being chosen.
• You agree to collect your prize from the Management Suite, Ashford House, County Square during business operating times 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. The prize must be collected within 14 days of confirmation the gift card is ready for collection.  The winner will be required to be present to have a photo taken, and ID will be requested.
• By entering, you consent to photographs of you and/or your child being published on County Square marketing material (including the County Square website and social media sites)
• County Square and its agents reserve the right to refuse any customer from participating in the event if the rules are not complied with or their conduct is not compliant with centre rules and regulations.
• Prizes cannot be returned. The selected voucher/gift card is final.  The prize is not negotiable or transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Competitions are not open to employees of County Square, Serious Print, or employees of stores located in County Square, or to members of their direct family.
• By participating in this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
