Following the Government's announced on 4th January 2021, Ashford has moved from Tier 4 to a national lockdown so our non-essential stores will need to remain closed until further notice. However, some retailers may operate a Click & Collect service so please check the particular store's website and social media information.
Essential retailers will be allowed to continue to trade and take-away services may still operate. However, it is best to check direct with the store to find out if they are remaining open.
For those visiting essesntial stores, Click & Collect services or take-aways, the following plans have been put in place to follow Government guidelines and keep everyone as safe as possible

When you do visit, it is important that you follow the centre's guidelines as we've worked hard to make your visit as safe as possible.
Face coverings that cover your face and nose must be worn on the malls and in shops, unless you are medically exempt.
The one-way system and social distancing marked floor vinyls, designated turning points and barriers are here to keep you safe, so please don't ignore these.
Hand sanitiser stations are located at various locations throughout the centre.
We have a live counting system to monitor the number of people in the centre to ensure customers have sufficient space for social distancing, once we are fully trading again.
On occasion, if the number people in the centre reaches capacity, we may need to stop others coming in so please be patient and understand that we will let you in as soon as possible.
Our cleaning regimes have been enhanced, particularly in key areas such as washrooms and lifts. Additionally, the County Square team will be on hand at entrances or on the malls to assist customers with the new changes".

We've almost 50 stores all under cover, keeping you warm and dry, including a selection of cafes, County Square is the local, relaxed choice when it comes to indulging in some retail therapy.

Sundays and bank holidays: 10am - 4pm
Easter Sunday and Christmas day: Closed
