Accessibility & mobility
County Square has a dedicated Shopmobility service to help those who may have difficulty getting around the centre. Managed by our helpful Customer Service team, we can provide manual wheelchairs for people who have difficulty walking without assistance. This service is available seven days a week for a small donation to charity. For bookings and more information call 01233 621196.
It is now necessary to keep wheelchairs and mobility scooters within County Square so they cannot be taken outside of the centre. This is due to new insurance rules and keeping the vehicles clean and safe for everyone’s health and safety.
There are disabled toilets located on the same level as the yellow car park (level 01) which are accessible by lift from the car parks or on South Square near Muffin Break and opposite Superdrug.
