VISITOR INFORMATION

Please see our Code Of Conduct, to help keep our centre a welcoming and family-friendly shopping environment for everyone. There is a photo booth in the centre for passport photos. This is located just outside The Works.  You can also head to Timpson, where they can take passport photos for you. We don’t sell County Square gift cards but our stores sell their own gift cards individually, ATM machines can be found at Metro Bank and Nationwide. If you are looking for a mobile charging point, please head to Top Gift and a range of mobile phone network stores in the centre that sell charging banks. Our opening hours can be found at the bottom of this page.

Toilets & baby changing facilities

These, along with disabled toilets, are located on the same level as the yellow car park (level 01). The toilets can also be reached from the South Square stairs near Muffin Break or via the lifts near Superdrug and JD Sports.

Soft play for little ones

Tiny Tots Farm soft play area is located in the Lower Oval near the Elwick Road entrance. It is for children under 5 and is open 9.30am – 4.00pm* Monday to Saturday and 10am- 3.30pm* on Sunday. The play area is not supervised, so an adult must remain with their children at all times. Our Customer Service team can be contacted on 01233 621196 should you need to contact them.

* On rare occasions we may need to close the play area early due to heavy use and the need for extra hygiene cleans or sudden staff shortages.  Safety and cleanliness are our most important focus, so we hope on these occasions you will accept our apologies for any disappointment caused to you and your little ones.

Accessibility & mobility

County Square has a small but dedicated mobility service to help those who may have difficulty getting around the centre.  Managed by our helpful Customer Service team, we can provide a manual wheelchair or mobility scooter for people who have difficulty walking without assistance. This service is available seven days a week for a small donation to charity. For bookings and more information call 01233 621196.

It is now necessary to keep wheelchairs and mobility scooters within County Square, so they cannot be taken outside of the centre. This is due to new insurance rules and keeping the vehicles clean and safe for everyone’s health and safety. There are disabled toilets located on the same level as the yellow car park (level 01) which are accessible by lift from the car parks or on South Square near Muffin Break and opposite Superdrug.

Customer lost property is handled by our Customer Services officers. If you think you may have misplaced something during your visit, call the centre’s control room on 01233 621196 or ask at the security office, located just along from Specsavers next to the fire exit doors.

Child Safe

If you are concerned about a lost child, please contact our Security Control on 01233 621196 or approach one of our helpful Customer Service Officers patrolling the malls.
