Carnival of the Baubles Returns to Ashford This Christmas! 🎄✨
Get ready for an evening of festive magic as the Carnival of the Baubles returns to Ashford Town Centre on Saturday 21 November 2026!
This much loved community celebration promises a spectacular display of light, colour and creativity, with a stunning illuminated lantern parade, live entertainment, a samba band and giant mechanical puppets bringing the town centre to life.
This year’s theme is Dance, with local schools, community groups and businesses coming together for a magical procession through Ashford. The parade begins at 5pm and finishes with a spectacular finale at Elwick Place.
Get Involved at County Square! 🎨
County Square is delighted to be supporting this year’s celebrations, with Made in Ashford hosting festive lantern making workshops in the centre on 31 October, 7 November and 14 November.
Visitors can also enjoy a festive makers market from 20 to 22 November, followed by a special lantern display on Sunday 22 November in the former H&M unit by the escalators.
Whether you’re joining the parade, making your own lantern or simply enjoying the festive atmosphere, there’s plenty for the whole family to experience!
