We’re looking for a Customer Services Officer (Security) to join our team! 🙌
40hrs per wk – Rostered shift pattern
Day Shifts – 4 on 4 off – Paid Breaks
Purpose of the Role:
To assist with the smooth running of the shopping centre and with all emergency situations when they occur. This includes providing visible security cover to the centre, handling enquiries and customer concerns to the highest level of customer care, monitoring CCTV (by suitably trained and licenced staff), managing contractors and deliveries to the centre, safeguarding centre property.
Requirements:
- SIA licence (mandatory)
- Public Space Surveillance Licence (preferable)
