Our retailers have been working hard to get their stores ready to welcome customers back.
Spring is here at last and our shops are full of lovely new products, so come and visit us at County Square and enjoy some long awaited retail therapy.
As we are an indoor centre, any food or drink purchased still has to be as take-away only. It is illegal for any food or drink to be consumed anywhere in the centre.
Our safety guidelines will continue to be in place to keep everyone as safe as possible and we ask that everyone follows these.
If visiting, it is important that you follow the centre's guidelines as we continue to work hard to make your visit as safe as possible.
Face coverings that cover your face and nose must be worn on the malls and in shops, unless you are medically exempt.
The one-way system and social distancing marked floor vinyls, designated turning points and barriers are here to keep you safe, so please don't ignore these.
Hand sanitiser stations are located at various locations throughout the centre.
Our cleaning regimes have been enhanced, particularly in key areas such as washrooms and lifts. Additionally, the County Square team will be on hand at the High Street and Tufton Street entrances or on the malls to assist customers with any queries.
We have a live counting system to monitor the number of people in the centre to ensure customers have sufficient space for social distancing, once we are fully trading again.
On occasion, if the number people in the centre reaches capacity, we may need to stop others coming in so please be patient and understand that we will let you in as soon as possible.
Please see our News page for up-to-date information or visit the individual store's own page on this website.
