Christmas is covered at County Square!

It may only seem like a minute since you were on your summer holiday but, like it or not, Christmas is on the horizon and you'll need to start preparing soon! If you're usually in the leave-it-til-the-last-minute camp, why not make an early New Year's resolution and ensure 2019 is the year you take control and get ahead.

Whether you're hosting the entire extended family, visiting relations, having a romantic day for two or hunkering down for a peaceful solo day of rest and relaxation, we have everything you could possibly need for Christmas and the whole holiday season. Why not put Saturday 30th November, the date of our Christmas launch event, in your diary now?

Here are ten perfect present ideas for all the family from County Square:

1. Flutterbyes has plenty of fabulous gift ideas – toddlers will love using the children's festive Christmas cutlery set to eat their turkey. Pick up some fragrant candles and diffusers to make your home smell stunning as well.

Christmas is covered at County Square!

2. Men can be a nightmare to buy for. No need to worry any more, as Menkind is a treasure trove of perfect presents. How about a BrewDog Punk IPA beer-making kit, or a Playstation alarm clock? If you have a stressed-out son or a frantic father, a Shiatsu Neck Massager could be just the thing to keep them calm over the festive season – you'll probably want to borrow it yourself.

3. Santa will be making plenty of room on his sleigh for this year's must-have toys. The Entertainer has the coveted Paw Patrol Ultimate Rescue Helicopter among its amazing selection. At The Works, you can select a beautiful wooden Christmas tree advent calendar to get the season off to a great start, and plenty of craft ideas for homemade presents for the grandparents.

4. You're spoiled for choice when it comes to a new outfit for Christmas. Next, H&M, River Island, New Look, Peacocks, Bonmarche, Yours Clothing, Select Fashion – what's the betting you come away with a selection!

5. It'll soon be time to get going on the Christmas cards. Card Market and Card Factory are the places to go, and if the children want to make cards for friends and teachers, pop into Smiggle and pick up all the stationery you're going to need.

6. A new phone from Carphone Warhouse or a tablet or laptop from TD Electronics will always go down a treat - make sure everyone's connected for Christmas!

7. For stocking fillers, Claire's Accessories has glittering slippers, hair clips, grips, bows and scrunchies; everything for a sparkly Christmas. Poundland is the perfect place for chocolate multipacks, and you can also buy a treat to ensure your dog or cat has a happy Christmas too.

8. Everyone needs some downtime with a good book over Christmas so wander round Waterstones and choose your Christmas library. The Big Book of Amazing Cakes by the Bake Off team would ensure your Christmas baking impresses your relations!

9. The Fragrance Shop or Superdrug are the places to go to pick up some gorgeous perfume or aftershave, either for a present or a treat for you – you deserve it . . . the Body Shop also has some beautiful treat bags which are sure to be well-received.

10. We're delighted to welcome the Calendar Club stall back to County Square for Christmas. Come and pick up your diaries, planners and calendars for 2020; you name it, they'll have a calendar for it!
