Following the Government's lockdown rules, which take place from Thursday 5th November, here is an update on how County Square will operate during the four week lockdown.

Certain retailers are allowed to continue to trade in one form or another, whether as an essential retailer, take-away or click & collect service.  Opening times may vary for each store so please check with them for details.

Essential Retailers -  Metro Bank, Nationwide, No 1 Currency,  Specsavers (appointment only), Superdrug,  Timpsons

Take away - Costa

Click & Collect - Pandora (Call & Collect), The Entertainer, The Fragrance Shop, New Look, Vodafone, Waterstones

The following plans have been put in place to follow Government guidelines and keep everyone as safe as possible

  • Entrance to County Square will be via the High Street entrance or NCP Car park only
  • The High Street entrance will be manned by our Customer Service operatives between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sunday
  • Customers entering will be asked which store they are visiting. Your visit must be purposeful
  • Visits for appointments or collections via click & collect may be asked for proof. Please ensure you have this with you
  • Customers will not be allowed to wander through without reason
  • Escalators will be turned off and customers diverted to the lifts
  • Toilet facilities will be heavily reduced, with only the Disabled Toilets available for customers
  • Barriers may be rearranged to help direct or cordon off areas

Some of the above information may change as we move through lockdown. We will keep you informed accordingly.

Take care and keep safe.
