The awards ceremony took place on Wednesday 4th March at the London Hilton on Park Lane.
County Square's Retail Scheme Director, Stacey Bell, who attended the event along with Operations Manager, Elliott Andrews and three of the team said, "I'm so proud of Customer Services Supervisor, Valerie Andrews and the whole County Square team for all their hard work in making sure the centre is kept to a high standard of cleanliness. We're all absolutely delighted the passion and dedication demonstrated by the team has been recognised in such a prestigious award, it's a wonderful achievement".
The Kimberly-Clark Professional Golden Service Awards is one of the most prestigious events and sought-after accolades in the Facility Management and cleaning industry. Taking place every two years, the event provides the opportunity for companies, contract cleaners and in-house cleaning teams to showcase excellence and set the benchmark for exceptional standards. The awards span 17 different categories across different market sectors including offices, healthcare, hospitality and retail. Kimberly-Clark Professional are passionate about hosting the awards to support driving high standards and continuous improvement in the cleaning & FM industry.
The Golden Service Award is the second award to have been won within a year as County Square Shopping Centre were also winners of the 2019 BISCs Excellence in Training & Assessment (UK) award.
