It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and here at County Square we put self care first. ❤️‍🩹 This year’s theme is “Movement: Moving more for our mental health”. We have put together a list of local support groups if you’re ever in need of someone to talk to. 🫂

You can text ‘Kent’ to 825258 at any time to access confidential advice and help from Shout, a national mental health charity.

NHS Kent and Medway

Ashford Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) provides support and treatment in the community to adults between the ages of 18-65 who are experiencing a mental illness.
